  2. How does PayByPocket work?

    Simply enroll (for free), fill your PayByPocket (load funds) by credit card or debit card, and pay. Use at any participating PayByPocket location or wherever Discover Global Network is accepted.

    Payment at participating PayByPocket locations is done in-store via QR code.

    Payment at Discover locations is done by making purchases in-store or online.

  3. How do I enroll?

    Download the app and fill out the short application (so that the bank can verify that you are who you say you are), and that’s it!

    No fees, no credit checks, instant approval.

  4. How much does PayByPocket cost?

    Zilch. PayByPocket is free to enroll and free to use for all purchases and withdrawals. Please visit PayByPocket cardholder website and view the terms and conditions for a complete list of services and fees.

  5. What payment cards are accepted for funding PayByPocket?

    Visa®, MasterCard®, and Discover® cards are accepted for funding your PayByPocket account.

  6. How can I check my balance?

    Check your balance at any time by logging into your mobile app.

  7. How much can I load?

    The maximum amount of funds you can load to your account is $1,000 per day, $2,000 per week and $5,000 per month. The minimum funding amount is $10.

  8. Where does PayByPocket work?

    Use at any participating PayByPocket location or wherever Discover is accepted.

  9. How can I withdraw funds?

    You may withdraw available funds from your PayByPocket account at any time. Withdrawals can be made via the instructions on the mobile app.

  10. How are my funds protected?

    All funds deposited into your PayByPocket account are held securely at a bank where they are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

    PayByPocket is PIN-protected and your PayByPocket card is backed by Regulation E; so long as you follow the terms and conditions of your PayByPocket program, you will not be held liable for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions in the event your PayByPocket card is compromised.

  11. What if my PayByPocket card is compromised?

    If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, you should immediately contact Support via email: support@paybypocket.com or by calling the number listed on your cardholder website or mobile app.

    If your card is used in connection with an unauthorized transaction that was processed through the Discover Network; or, if (i) you reported your card compromised to PayByPocket support, and (ii) you did not act grossly, negligently, or fraudulently in handling your card, your liability for such unauthorized use will not exceed $0.
